RULES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
At the time of your initial visit with your animal, a contract will be established in two copies including the rules and conditions of admission of the establishment.
Please read it carefully and note any questions you may have so that I can answer you.
For the smooth running of the establishment and the well-being of the animals, arrivals and departures are only by appointment during opening hours.
Outside of appointments, the establishment remains closed to the public.
Owners are asked to respect the scheduled arrival and departure times.
If they are more than 15 minutes late and have no news, the appointment will be automatically postponed.
The price includes the guard, the walks, the litter for the cats and the NAC, the food for the cats (staying in collective room, I cannot ensure the individual feeding).
The food for dogs and NAC is to be provided by the owner in sufficient quantity for the entire duration of the stay.
If the quantity is insufficient, an additional cost will be added to the amount of 2€/day for the dogs and 0,50€/day for the NAC.
For any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required.
The balance must be paid at the departure of the animal.
The stay costs are counted from the day of arrival to the day of departure included.
All reserved days will be charged. In case of late arrival or early pick-up of the animal, no refund will be applied.
Any additional day of care not initially foreseen at the time of the signature of the contract will be doubled compared to the basic daily price.
In case of cancellation less than one month before the beginning of the stay, no refund will be applied, except in case of death of the animal and on presentation of a veterinary certificate.
The health record and identification papers will be requested and kept for the duration of the stay.
In case of health problem or veterinary treatment, I ensure its rigorous follow-up. It will be necessary to provide me with its prescription and the concerned medicines.

In case of accident or illness, LES AMIS DE FREYDIA will take the animal to its usual veterinarian or to the partner veterinarian. In case of emergency, the client, if not reachable, gives all power to LES AMIS DE FREYDIA to take care of the animal as soon as possible.
LES AMIS DE FREYDIA also reserves the right to refuse the custody of an animal that would be aggressive towards its fellow animals and/or the person in charge of the establishment, destructive, runaway or barking inopportunely.
If an animal should prove to be too aggressive and uncooperative during the period of custody despite the measures taken to select the animals likely to meet, LES AMIS DE FREYDIA will be able to isolate the animal in an individual box (care and outings remain assured) or in the worst case, will be able to end the contract.
Only the days of custody will be charged.
If the owner is unable to take over, the animal will be entrusted to a person designated by the owner.
